Challenge:
Building a complex AI-driven maternal health application from the ground up with a cross-functional team of 60+ members. The challenge involved coordinating multiple product tracks, ensuring clear communication across teams, and moving from concept to a market-ready product with paying customers.
My Role & Contributions:
Strategic Foundation & Planning- Collaborated with the PM team to co-author foundational technical documentation that defined the product vision, user needs, and technical requirements for core features.
- Contributed to product roadmap development and user journey mapping, helping prioritize features and align cross-functional teams on delivery milestones.Deployment Coordination-Collaborated on the Store deployment process (iOS and Google Play), working closely with stakeholders to successfully launch internal testing.
-Currently supporting the team in preparing for public app store launch and customer acquisition, contributing to go-to-market planning and feature refinement based on internal testing feedback.
Impact & Current Progress:
TestFlight Milestone: Successfully launched internal testing version of Nora AI with 8 working features, gathering early user feedback to inform product improvements.Ongoing Work: Currently contributing to the next phase—preparing for public app store launch, refining features based on testing feedback, and supporting go-to-market strategy to acquire paying customers.
